Your obligations

The Public Health and Wellbeing (PHWB) Act 2008 and associated regulation has set stringent legislative requirements for cooling towers systems located in Victoria. Cooling towers systems must:

• be registered
• have a detailed risk management plan developed and reviewed annually
• have the risk management plan audited annually by an accredited assessor

The Victorian requirements are considered benchmark standard by many, and are considered best practice.

How can we help?

We can assist by providing an accredited cooling tower auditor to conduct risk management plans or audits based on the legislative requirements in Victoria.
