Our services in this sector are extensive. We assist at all stages of hazmat management, from identification and survey development, through to risk and project management of remediation works.
Under work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation the person in control of a business or undertaking (PCBU) has an obligation to assess the potential risks and develop a hazardous materials register for building compliance.
Additionally any hazardous materials found on site must be managed, labelled and stored correctly, and if applicable have up to date Saftey Data Sheets (SDS) available.

We are incredibly proud of our growing team, and have a combined experience of over 30 years, managing asbestos and other hazardous materials risk and compliance throughout Australia and Europe.
Our highly competent field consultants are either NSW or ACT Licensed Asbestos Assessors (LAAs), and and/or hold P402 (Surveying and Sampling Strategies for Asbestos in Buildings) qualified from the British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS), or hold a Royal Society of Public Health (RSPH) Level 3 Award in Asbestos Surveying.

MOBILE REPORT DELIVERY
JMB Environmental Consulting Pty Ltd works in partnership with Docsies to manage our the delivery of our Hazardous Materials Management.
We needed a technology that will allow us to be truly mobile.
Docsies is that product. It is a streamlined cloud computing suite allowing simple and intuitive data capture in the field through to effective online reporting.
Through a suite of job specific applications, Docsies helps us capture standardised and reliable data in the field, and uses QR and barcode technology to simplify air monitoring, clearances and surveys and inspections.
It has scaled with our organisation, and allows JMB team members to collaborate on, and hand over seamlessly at any point in a project. Through Docsies we issue reports in real time, and with mobile preview and sign-off technology we can run our clients through reports and then issue before leaving site.
Our partnership has also allowed our Clients to easily track their portfolio risks, and manage their reports via the Docsies intuitive web based portal. Clients can even see the progression of their projects live.
